Shipping Options and Rates

We offer the following shipping options and rates for our customers:

•    Standard Shipping: $5 flat rate for orders under $50, free for orders over $50. Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

•    Express Shipping: $10 flat rate for any order. Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.

•    Local Pickup: Free for any order. You can pick up your order from our location in Punjab, Pakistan. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

We use reputable and reliable shipping carriers, such as Pakistan Post, TCS, LCS, DHL, and FedEx, to deliver your orders. We calculate the shipping rates based on the weight and size of your order, and the shipping option you choose.

Shipping Destinations and Restrictions

We ship to most countries and regions in the world, except for those that have strict plant import regulations or prohibitions. Please check your local laws and regulations before placing an order, as we are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or penalties that may apply to your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that we cannot ship due to legal or logistical reasons.

Shipping Time and Tracking

We process and ship your orders within 24 hours of receiving your payment. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date once your order is shipped. You can track your order status and delivery progress on our website or on the shipping carrier’s website. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the shipping option, destination, weather, and other factors that are beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier or other third parties.

Payment Methods and Security

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience and security:

•    Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other mobile banking like: easypesa, jazzcash etc. 

•    We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

•    Bank Transfer: You can pay with a bank transfer from your bank account to ours. Please note that this payment method may take longer to process and confirm, and may incur additional fees from your bank. We will ship your order once we receive your payment in full.
